Beer Type: American Pale Ale
Brewers: Chorlton Brewing Co
Location: Manchester, UK
"No brewer's yeast was used to make this beer. Instead we ferment entirely with Brettanomyces, a wild yeast found in sourdough bread and natural wine. It's then dry hopped in the fermenter with Citra and Waimea for a tropical Tang."
Colour: Veiled Golden, by no means transparent and has a little head
Smell: Subtle to smell and not too sharp. Definitely has tropical fruit tones such as
Mango and Apricot
Mango and Apricot
Taste: Subtle but subtle enough to be bland, it was very refreshing and suited to a summers day. Hints of fruit and citrus and even some sour notes coming through.
Feel: Light on the mouth with exciting amounts of carbonation.

Overall a very refreshing light beer. However not enough flavour for a Yorkshire man like me.
